REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Jason Allen Beebe, 28, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of open alcohol container in a vehicle. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Gregory Lelan Logsdon, 63, of Marion, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Stephen Adam Schuberg, 34, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to five days in jail. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Michael James White, 65, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Barry W. Thompson, 50, of Dupo, Ill., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 32 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Donald Frank Hietamaki, 60, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to driving while license was not valid. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Logan Lee Iles, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to assault. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Robert Andrew James, 38, of Lake George, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the economic crime program. He is ordered to pay restitution of $260.
  • Jerry Albert Bushey, 60, of Pleasant Ridge, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol high safety education program.
  • Aaron Christopher Haight, 27, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with four days credit. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Charelle Tangarae Kinzer, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. She is sentenced to 90 days in jail with four days credit. Jail is held in abeyance. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete anger management counseling. In a separate case, she pleaded guilty to disorderly person. She is sentenced to time served.
  • James Allen Dean, 20, of Paris, pleaded guilty to one count of use of marijuana, one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of giving false information to a police officer. He is sentenced to 90 days in jail with 28 days credit. Jail is held in abeyance. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
