Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Tracy Nicole McKinney, 29, of Chase, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting and obstructing. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for one year. She must perform 80 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Nicholas Alexander Ream, 36, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Jeremy Benjamin Logic, 43, of Evart, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Gregory Scott Stratton Jr., 26, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He must perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Michelle Yvonne Frayer, 35, of Lake, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She must perform 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She must pay fines and court costs.
