Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Rick Alan Parish, 32, of Paris, pleaded guilty to one count of use of marijuana and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 15 days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • John L. Fisher, 49, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course. He must pay restitution of $100.
  • Todd William Maguire, 42, of Evart, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Robert Joseph Willis, 44, of Waterford, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Katie Lynn Hill, 28, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for two years. She must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Nicolaus Mackenna-Theodore Martin, 21, of Evart, pleaded no contest to reckless driving. He must pay fines and court costs. He must complete 56 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Jenna Lynn Chick, 23, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of use of marijuana and one count of giving false information to police. She is sentenced to time served. She must complete 80 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Tyler James Mason, 19, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete 32 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must complete the economic crime program. He will be on probation for one year.
  • James Anthony Goins Jr., 23, of White Cloud, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a property damage accident. He is ordered to pay fines and costs.
