Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Brannen Joseph Ganey, 27, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to five days in jail. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Christopher Shawn Buford, 36, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete eight hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • James Lawrence Turner, 44, of Saginaw, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Travis Lawrence Robison, 27, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to allowing an unlicensed person to drive. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • James Michael Siebecker, 27, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly drunk person. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must be on a SCRAM tether for 30 days. He will be on probation for one year. He must undergo anger management counseling.
  • Macaully Robert Smrcina, 24, of Coopersville, pleaded guilty to improper transportation of medical marijuana. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Matthew James Mclemore, 30, of Lawton, pleaded guilty to improper transportation of medical marijuana. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • David Lawrence Harper, 26, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to transporting open alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Kathy Ann Todd, 58, of Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Danielle Leann Taylor, 19, of Marion, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to operate a vehicle with no license. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. She is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Jonathan Nadrowski, 52, of Evart, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Logan Alexander Asiala, 19, of Richland, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for one year. He must pay restitution of $100.
  • Keith Roderick Wardell, 49, of Evart, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to seven days in jail. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the economic crime program.
  • Derek Michael Wittkopp, 22, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to 15 days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
