REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Eric John Renaud, 33, of Warren, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Chad Allen Baize, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Taz Steven McGillen, 24, of Pinconning, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing an officer and one count of operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for 18 months.
  • Jonathan Nadrowski, 52, of Evart, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Jerry Lawrence Brinkley, 29, of Marion, pleaded guilty to attempted domestic violence. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. He must complete 40 hours of community service and alternatives to violence classes. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Tyler James Joseph, 20, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the economic crime program.
  • Dawood Dhurram Gill, 44, of Portage, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He must be on 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days monitoring with the completion of Impact weekend. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Alan Wayne Bergey, 59, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Christopher Harold Case, 21, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of driving with a suspended license. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Richard Eugene Green, 53, of Idlewild, pleaded guilty to one count of improper use of a license plate/registration and one count of transporting an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • James Michael Holmquist, 46, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance, one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of improper use of a license plate/registration. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Michael Paul Goslyn, 30, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to disorderly person – obscene conduct. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Daniel Lee Moore, 43, of Stanwood, pleaded no contest to disorderly person. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Jordan Michael Young, 33, of Battle Creek, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Jacob Robert Marr, 32, of Evart, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
