REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Lisa Marie Quintero, 38, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for two years and must complete outpatient treatment.
  • Tanner Hayes Ballett, 21, of Mattawan, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while visibly impaired and one count of transporting an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He is sentenced to five days in jail. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Brian James Gren, 54, of Evart, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year and must complete the alternatives to violence program.
  • Thomas Patrick Triplett, 28, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 120 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Richard Lee Whitson, 59, of McBain, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for two years and must complete intensive outpatient treatment, as well as attend alcoholics anonymous meetings each week.
  • John Andrew Klein, 27, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Max H. Eisenhauer, 24, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for 18 months. He is given the option to be on a SCRAM tether for 30 days and complete Impact weekend in lieu of jail time.
