REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • William Leo Robbins, 35, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • David Anthony Febo Jr., 27, of Whitehall, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle without security, one count of improper use of registration or plate and one count of transporting an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Tracy Lynn Cutler, 37, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without security. She is sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service and pay fines and court costs.
  • Chad Aron Decator, 37, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without security. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Kim Lee Shepard, 21, of Evart, pleaded guilty to having no license for a tattoo facility. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Amanda Bessie Servello, 24, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Alvin Freeman Kadwell III, 34, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. He is sentenced to time served and must perform 16 hours of community service.
  • Brian Allen Halladay, 33, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
