Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Ronald Allen Vaughn, 40, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Robert William Lawrence, 58, of Evart, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Craig Allen Wilber, 43, of Evart, pleaded guilty to violation of the Tobacco Products Tax Act. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Joseph Edward Mitchell, 43, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to transporting an open alcohol container in a vehicle. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Bryon William Marble, 46, of Sears, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Gabrial Walter Helms, 40, of Milford, Ind., pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Terrence Lee Todd, 40, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Mark Douglas Sanderson Jr., 30, of Westland, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Sean Michael Bohl, 26, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence and one count of assault. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for two years. He also must perform 80 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
