REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Mark Adam Arnold, 45, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Gregg Allen Shermann II, 25, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Spencer Allan Semeyn, 23, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program. He must perform 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Cassandra Rita Starkey, 24, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must perform 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Crystal Lynn Smith, 35, of Rothbury, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must perform 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Brian Sean Feeny, 29, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must perform 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Karly Laraine Phelan, 27, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must perform 20 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Andrea Marie Fisher, 26, of Barryton, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Elijah Scott Hopkins, 31, of Mecosta, pleaded guilty to one count of malicious destruction of property and one count of domestic violence. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with nine days credit. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must complete anger management counseling. He must pay $1,870 in restitution.
  • Kenneth Lee Walters, 53, of Comstock Park, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months.
  • Bethany Azala-Marie Brinks, 17, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a motor vehicle. She is sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credit. She is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months. Her sentence also is delayed six months.
  • Aimee Elisabeth Brown, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. She may elect to have 90 days of electronic monitoring or 60 days plus complete Impact weekend in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for two years.
  • Jason Michael Garrow, 24, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing an officer. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Andrew David Stralow, 24, of McBain, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while visibly impaired and one count of transporting an open alcohol container in a vehicle. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year.
  • John Thomas Williams Jr., 36, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is ordered to perform 120 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for 18 months.
  • Amber Lynn Wiese, 31, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Stone David Bisbee-Huffman,19, of Leroy, pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of driving while license is not valid. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Sienna Rae Park, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to minor operating with a blood alcohol content. She is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. She is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
