REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Norman Lee Langworthy III, 24, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the Prime for Life program.

• Joseph Lamark Dean, 34, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Ronald Duane Logan, 28, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, one count of reckless use of a firearm and one count of purchasing a pistol without a license. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with 19 days credit. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete the alternatives to violence program.

• Austin Robert Hansen, 21, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must complete the Prime for Life program or the Alcohol Highway Safety Education course.

• Hunter Lynn Fauble, 19, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to retail fraud. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the economic crime program.

• Kalvin Michael Dennis, 25, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Matthew Thomas Patterson, 31, of Marion, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 45 days in jail with two days credit.

• Jeffrey James Nowry, 42, of Sears, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.

• Jared Layne Green, 39, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Inita Marilyn Murray, 41, of Evart, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree child abuse. She is sentenced to time served.

• Michael Joseph Kubo, 35, of Howard City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for one year.
