REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Eugene Fredrick Dieson, 63, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Ryan Phillip, 29, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to driving while license not valid. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Angelica Rangel-Cortes, 30, of Ionia, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of driving while license not valid. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Troy David Stanton, 45, of Luther, pleaded guilty to improper use of license plate/registration. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Bradley Scott Lawrence, 29, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Jennifer Jo McMann, 35, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Crystal Rose Brown, 31, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of improper use of a license plate/registration. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Ronald Richard Hanninen, 46, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served. He also must perform 40 hours of community service as part of his service.
  • Clarence Burrows O'Neal III, 31, of Evart, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete anger management courses.
  • Blake Matthew Crawford II, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Brandon Ray Creedon, 35, of Evart, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Bobby Lee Herman, 50, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail with 27 days credit.
  • Brieanna Carolyn Lucha, 30, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of assault and one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete anger management courses.
  • Latasha Monique Boatwright, 33, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. She is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. She is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Juan Manual Aguilar, 29, of Evart, pleaded guilty to not having a license for a tattoo facility. He is sentenced to time served. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to sex offender attempting to work/loiter in a school safety zone. He is sentenced to 180 days in jail with one day credit. His jail is held in abeyance pending his employment status.
