REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Joshua Allen Charais, 31, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.

• Jessica Lynn Frost, 30, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credit. She will be on probation for one year.

• Jamey Stewart Menzel, 46, of Wyoming, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail with 44 days credit.

• Michael William Cox, 30, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 120 days of electronic monitoring or 60 days plus completion of Impact weekend. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Amy Louise Wainright, 42, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She must complete 24 hours of community service as part of her sentence.

• Justin Lee Bryant, 27, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted operating without insurance and one count of operating an unregistered vehicle. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
