REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Lee Ann Canfield, 57, of Eaton Rapids, pleaded guilty to one count of transporting open alcohol in a vehicle and was found guilty of failing to stop for a stop sign. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Alex John Brummel, 18, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. In another case, he pleaded guilty to another count of possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail.

• Joseph Phillip Bruske, 33, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to one count of illegal entry and one count of disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management counseling.

• George David Corner, 59, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of malicious destruction of property and one count of failure to stop after a collision. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service. He will be on probation for one year.

• Melaney Sue Dragun, 34, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. She is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for one year.

• Scott Alan Vanderzel, 57, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting/obstructing/assaulting an officer. He is sentenced to 70 days in jail with five days credit.

• William Scott Gleason, 32, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.

• Melissa Marie Mitchell, 38, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting/obstructing/assaulting an officer. She is sentenced to 93 days in jail with three days credit. Jail is held in abeyance.

• Paul Edwin Warczinsky, 28, of Marion, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the alternatives to violence program.

• Carl Lee Reid, 53, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 48 hours of community service. He will be on probation for six months.

• Richard William-Darwin Simko, 34, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Danial Steven Thompson, 32, of Evart, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a license plate. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Kyle Joseph Christopher, 21, of Burton, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 24 hours of community service.

• Matthew Ryan Rowland, 28, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 24 hours of community service.
