REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Delbert John Hubbert Jr., 50, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to have electronic monitoring for 30 days or 60 days plus Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Harley James-Mathew Westdorp, 37, of McBain, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • David Russell Brownlee, 51, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Alaina Lynn Modene, 30, of Paris, pleaded guilty to failure to stop after a collision. She is ordered to pay fines and costs.
  • Jamie Michael Grames, 35, of Sears, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Gabriel Paul Pierce, 40, of Chase, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Charles Robert Homminga, 43, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Jordan Levi Herweyer, 28, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Christopher Douglas Wolgamott, 30, of Bitely, pleaded guilty to second-offense operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to have electronic monitoring for 30 days or 60 days plus Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Brian Joseph Jennings, 29, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Andrew Marvin Pluger, 27, of Rodney, pleaded guilty to transporting an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • John Thomas Williams Jr., 36, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license and one count of assault. He is sentenced to time served. He also must perform 16 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Andrew Ryan Cook, 29, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to violation of the tobacco product tax act. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
