REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Fabian Avery Long-Williams, 25, of Evart, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of a building. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete anger management counseling. He will be on probation for one year.

• Charles Glenn Allen, 57, of Marion, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence.

• Selina Kristine Panek, 40, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted truancy. She is sentenced to 90 days in jail with one day credit. Jail is suspended. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the Life Skills Plus - 24 Hour Program.

• Tabitha Lynn Cagle, 29, of Chase, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She is sentenced to time served.

• Bradley Michael Marek, 19, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to minor operating with a blood alcohol content. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete 60 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must complete the PRIME for Life Program.

• Robecca Darlene Flynn, 39, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. She may elect weekly drug testing for 90 days in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for two years.

• Robert Louis Zierleyn, 56, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted interference with an electronic monitoring device and one count of attempted assault and battery. He is sentenced to one year in jail with 23 days credit. He must serve 97 days of his sentence and the rest will be held in abeyance. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must complete the alternatives to violence program.

• Katherin Rae Hill, 20, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to one count of minor operating with a blood alcohol content and one count of use of marijuana. She is sentenced to 15 days in jail with three days credit. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete 100 hours of community service.

• Loran Leroy McCrimmon, 26, of Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly person - obscene conduct. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with one day credit. Jail is held in abeyance. He will be on probation for two years.

• John Patrick Bullard, 47, of Harrison, pleaded guilty to no valid license in his possession. He was convicted by the court of no proof of insurance. He is sentenced to time served.

• Bradley Joseph Pease, 41, of Chesaning, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Mason Eric Logan-Fuerch, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at the scene of an accident. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
