REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Deanna Renee Culp, 42, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for one year. She will be on a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) tether for 30 days.
  • Jesus Adrian-S Vasquez, 27, of Marion, pleaded guilty to attempted failure to register as a sex offender. He is sentenced to time served. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Tre Kenneth Borowiak, 24, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the Prime for Life program.
  • Dylan Allen Wirth, 24, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management counseling.
  • Daven Brent Danielson, 38, of Manistee, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without security and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Mark Anthony Hopkins, 38, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
