REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • David Allen Runge, 29, of Johannesburg, pleaded guilty to operating without security. He is ordered to perform 104 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Calvin Michael Sanborn, 25, of Harrison, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 20 days in jail. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Nathaniel James-Robert Sullivan, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to assault and battery. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management counseling. He is ordered to pay restitution of $6,459.
  • Dalton Ray Vandenboom, 20, of Lincoln, pleaded guilty to possession of a loaded firearm. He is sentenced to seven days in jail. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Lonnie J. Tulppo, 48, of Marion, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Mary Susan Dyer, 21, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of no valid license in possession. She is ordered to perform 56 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Kyle Bruce Sible, 37, of Evart, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Gary Don Hickey, 42, of Traverse City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated — second offense. He is sentenced to time served. He must have 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days plus completion of Impact weekend. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Dillan Michael Gumpher, 17, of Evart, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 56 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Amanda Sue Baker, 33, of Alma, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. She is sentenced to 10 days in jail. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Brandon Cleo-Ray Urbina, 21, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated  — second offense. He is sentenced to 183 days in jail with three days credit. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Nichole Paige Colosky, 24, of Paris, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. She is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for one year.
  • Kolton Allen Boyce, 17, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to attempted malicious destruction of property. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management counseling.
  • Ryan Todd Powers, 33, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the alternatives to violence program.
