REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Dustin Christopher Coffman, 31, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of no valid license in his possession and one count of attempted operating without insurance. He is sentenced to 20 days in jail with one day credit.
  • Marshall Owen Dillon, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of illegal entry and one count of disturbing the peace. He is sentenced to 90 days in jail with 42 days credit.
  • Sharisse Nichole McCarthy, 31, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. She is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for one year.
  • Todd Clinton Cote, 42, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Jessica Shane Russell, 30, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to attempted truancy. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete 48 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Wade JC Rice, 50, of Evart, pleaded guilty to lying to a police officer. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 48 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Jason Westley Dubois, 44, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Delbert Milton Biddison Jr., 57, of Macomb, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Natalie Joy Linder, 38, of Chase, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She must pay fines and court costs.
  • Jason Lee Petoskey, 31, of Lansing, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Thomas Ely Davis, 40, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for two years. He must be on electronic monitoring for 30 days.
  • Randolph Scott Friend, 29, of Toldedo, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Ryan Michael Erb, 33, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted interference with an electronic communication device and one count of stalking. He is sentenced to 365 days in jail with 34 days credit. Of his jail time, 182 days is held in abeyance. He must complete the alternatives to violence program. He will be on probation for five years.
