Osceola County’s 77th District Court reports

REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Megan Marie Tomshack, 33, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for three months and must perform 32 hours of community service.
  • Dalton Wayne Armour, 21, of Hastings, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months.
  • Larry K. Mims, 67, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to time served. He also must perform 32 hours of community service.
  • Jason James Greenwood, 42, of Copemish, pleaded guilty to operating with the presence of controlled substances in his body. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to be on a SCRAM tether for 60 days or on the tether for 30 days plus Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Timothy John Hinrichsen, 56, of South Lyon, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.
  • James Michael Carmoney, 29, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Felicia Ann Clendenin, 22, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Ashley Lynn Plotts, 24, of Bitely, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Robert James Rhoads, 29, of Mount Pleasant, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Anna Latrice Ott, 34, of Burton, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • James Henry-William Truman, 20, of Chase, pleaded guilty to second-offense domestic violence. He is sentenced to 15 days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for two years.
  • Leslie Murray Witherspoon, 52, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to assault. She is sentenced to 40 hours of community service. She will be on probation for six months and must complete anger management counseling.
  • Troy William Rouse, 36, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to disorderly. He is sentenced to three days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete anger management classes.
  • David Owen Brown, 55, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 45 days in jail. He will be on probation for 18 months. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Thomas Patrick Triplett, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for one year. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Lawrence John Lezuch, 64, of Allen Park, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while visibly impaired and one count of transporting an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Michelle Ann Johnson, 24, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to Wildlife Conservation violation for failure to immediately validate/attach a kill tag. She must perform 40 hours of community service and pay $1,000 in restitution. She will be on probation for three months.
  • Ryan Wayne Knox, 23, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to assault. He is sentenced to time served. He also must perform 16 hours of community service. He will be on probation for 18 months.
