REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Marc Alan Glover, 56, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail with 34 days credit.
  • Hannah Jailsa Allen, 27, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted assault. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for six months and must complete anger management counseling.
  • Marshall Owen Dillon, 26, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to 90 days in jail with 37 days credit.
  • Russell Joseph Maguire, 55, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without security and one count of no license. He must complete 24 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Dane Preston Bodis, 24, of Davison, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 20 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to one count of illegal taking of a deer and one count of general wildlife conservation violations. He must pay fines and costs. His hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2017, plus the following three years.
  • Erika Lynn Murawski, 21, of Macomb, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. She is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Brian Keith Panek, 33, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail. His sentence will run concurrent to his sentence in Roscommon County.
  • Elizabeth Renee Franklin, 18, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted assault. She is sentenced to seven days in jail. She is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months and must complete anger management counseling.
  • Levi Walker Libey, 21, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to seven days in jail. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education course.
  • Suanne Marie Straus, 80, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. She is sentenced to time served. She must complete 48 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She will be on probation for one year.
  • Darkeisha Lashell Wright, 32, of Kentwood, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with two days credit. She is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for one year.
  • Larry Ralph Clark, 72, of Evart, pleaded guilty to no valid license in his possession. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs.
