REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Lana Lee Yarhouse, 66, of Evart, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. She is sentenced to time served. She must complete 40 hours of community service as part of her sentence. She will be on probation for one year. She must complete the economic crime program.
  • Eric Wade Hamlet, 43, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to lying to a police officer. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Jonathan Larrabee, 39, of Sand Lake, pleaded guilty to one count of operating an ORV under the influence, one count of speeding and one count of failure to yield. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail with two days credit. He will serve his jail time on weekends.
  • Bobby Lee Herman, 51, of Evart, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. He is sentenced to 46 days with 28 days credit.
  • Marshall Owen Dillon, 26, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Douglas Howard Roggow, 40, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Steven Wade Long, 28, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Justin Wayne Spaulding, 30, of Marion, pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree retail fraud. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail with three days credit. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the economic crime program.
  • James Leroy Bechtol II, 47, of Evart, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on a SCRAM tether for 60 days. He must pay restitution of $4. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Mark Christopher Stephenson, 40, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option of 30 days on a SCRAM tether in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years. He must pay restitution of $100.
  • Nathan Douglas Shaarda, 25, of McBain, pleaded guilty to illegal taking of a deer. He must pay restitution of $2,000.
