REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • William Elmar Anderson, 49, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Michael Thomas Proctor, 28, of Chase, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Gary Allen Ackerman, 56, of White Cloud, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Jeremy James Sabo, 31, of Farwell, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to 93 days in jail with 20 days credit. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must complete alternatives to violence classes.
  • Benjamin Lawrence Walsh, 26, of Green Valley, Ariz., pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education program.
  • Tracey Dillion, 22, of Detroit, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Stephen William McKay Jr., 32, of Marion, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. He will be on probation for 18 months.
  • Bruce Douglas Herring, 45, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served.
