REED CITY — The following cases were heard recently in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Lonnie Ray Clemenshaw, 61, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Education course. He will be on probation for one year.

• Connor Asberry Hall, 22, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He must complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Education course. He will be on probation for one year. He will be on a tether for 60 days.

• James Wairegi Mwangi, 47, of Worchester, Mass., pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with four days credit. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He also must perform an additional 120 hours of community service. He will be on probation for one year.

• Nathaniel James-Robert Sullivan, 26, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served.

• Christopher Allen Webster, 39, of Evart, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 15 days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for 18 months. He must complete the alternatives to violence classes.

• Charles Austinlee Deblock, 22, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served.

• Rachel Renae Foster, 39, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to no license. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Seth Alexander Banks, 24, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.

• Sarah Kay Shuck, 21, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. She is sentenced to time served. She must pay fines and court costs.

• Cody Alan Biehl, 28, of Ionia, pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal taking of a deer. He is sentenced to time served. He must pay restitution of $2,000, along with additional fines and court costs.

• Jeron Rasean Perkins, 20, of Traverse City, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with nine days credit.

• Marshall Owen Dillon, 27, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 70 days in jail with 30 days credit. Jail is held in abeyance. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete the alternatives to violence classes. He will be on GPS monitoring for 90 days.

• Kevin Laverne Roys, 20, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of reckless driving and one count of use of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served. He must pay restitution of $321.
