REED CITY — The following cases were heard recently in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Harry Monroe Howe, 49, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to use of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to one year in jail with 97 days credit.

• Rick Ray Adams, 46, of Evart, pleaded guilty to use of methamphetamine. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail with 12 days credit. He will be on probation for 18 months.

• Craig James Bigger, 34, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to stop at a property damage accident and one count of reckless driving. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail. He is given the option to perform 100 hours of community service in lieu of jail.

• Jordan Todd Bamberg, 27, of Petoskey, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated - second offense and one count of operating under the influence with a child younger than 16 in the vehicle. He is sentenced to 45 days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Tabitha Lynn Cagle, 29, of Chase, pleaded guilty to attempted truancy. She is sentenced to 45 days in jail with one day credit. Jail is held in abeyance. She must complete the Life Skills Plus online program and 40 hours of community service. She will be on probation for one year.

• Wayne Allen Beilfuss, 22, of Evart, plead guilty to attempted assault. He is sentenced to time served. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He was sentenced to time served.

• Brent VanWagner, 22, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served.

• Jennifer Lee Ankney, 36, of Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with  two days credit. She is given the option to perform 40 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.

• Anthony David Blank, 42, of Evart, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of a building. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 32 hours of community service. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management and pay restitution of $650.

• Jim Edward Bolien, 53, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days electronic monitoring plus completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years.
