REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Theresa Marie Grable, 39, of Evart, pleaded guilty to illegal taking of a deer. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must pay restitution of $2,000. Her hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2017 and the following three years.
  • Jerry Louis Phipps, 46, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days and completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Larry Allen Woodbury, 19, of Evart, pleaded guilty to failure to pay the sex offender registration fee. He is sentenced to time served. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence.
  • Andrew Cameron Peterson, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of improper use of a license plate. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Jeremy EJ Wallace, 31, of Chase, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option of 90 days electronic monitoring or 60 days and completion of Impact weekend in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Katelyn Rene Boyer, 23, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She is sentenced to seven days in jail. She is given the option to perform 56 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Samantha Lynn Hodges, 26, of Evart, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of operating without insurance. She is sentenced to 15 days in jail with two days credit. She is given the option to perform 104 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.
  • Austin Texas Roberts, 23, of Weatherford, Texas, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was convicted by the court of careless driving. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Michael Anthony Norris, 38, of Sears, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. He is sentenced to 15 days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for one year.
  • Angela Mary Black, 48, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person — jostling. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for six months. She must complete anger management courses.
  • Jonathan Kyle Lindgren, 18, of Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to minor in possession. He must complete 40 hours of community service as part of his sentence. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.
  • Carol Kay Hamlet, 49, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She must performed 24 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Trentin Clay Kerstin, 20, of Marion, pleaded guilty to one count of operating without insurance and one count of no valid license in possession. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Shawn Marie Scott, 41, of Evart, pleaded guilty to drunk disorderly person. She is sentenced to time served.
  • Melody Ann Newell, 48, of Baldwin, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail.
  • Bobbie Jo Temple, 41, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to no valid license in possession. She was convicted by the court of having no proof of insurance. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • Michael Edward Beebe, 40, of Marion, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with eight days credit.
  • Loral Phillip Elton Jr., 26, of Evart, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to one year in jail.
  • Edmund Joseph Norris, 39, of Howard City, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering  — illegal entry. He is sentenced to 90 days in jail with three days credit.
  • David J. Howell, 45, of Hanover, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to 45 days in jail with 19 days credit. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete alternatives to violence courses.
  • Jack Lynn Sims, 70, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal taking of a deer. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must pay restitution of $8,000. His hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2017 and the following three years.
  • Darren Michael Washington, 49, of Tustin, pleaded guilty to illegal taking of a deer. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs. He must pay restitution of $6,000. His hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2017 and the following three years.
  • Ana Rosa Rangel, 29, of Evart, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must complete 56 hours of community service as part of her sentence.
  • Betty Jane Jackson, 58, of Evart, pleaded guilty to illegal taking of a deer. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs. She must pay restitution of $1,000. Her hunting privileges are revoked for the remainder of 2017 and the following three years.
