REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

• Ricky Jo Langworthy, 32, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to one year probation. He must complete the alternatives to violence courses.

• Jared Paul Sherman, 18, of Indian River, pleaded guilty to one count of minor operating with a blood alcohol content and one count of attempted resisting/obstructing/assaulting an officer. He is sentenced to time served. He must be on a tether for 60 days. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete 80 hours of community service.

• Brock Andrew Mueller, 18, of Caledonia, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to three days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail.

• Victoria Lynn Williams, 24, of Evart, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for one year.

• Donald Lynn Ware, 55, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must be on a tether for 90 days.

• Renee Lynn Phipps, 48, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit. She is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education course.

• Dakota John Campbell, 26, of Evart, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to three days in jail with two days credit. He is given the option to perform eight hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program.

• Daniel Thomas Shaw, 23, of Evart, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of a building. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year. He must complete anger management counseling.

• Todd William Maguire, 43, of Evart, pleaded guilty to attempted assault. He is sentenced to 46 days in jail with three days credit.

• Donald Stephen Grinwis, 24, of Midland, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He is sentenced to seven days in jail with one day credit. He is given the option to perform 48 hours of community service in lieu of jail. He will be on probation for one year.

• Mark O. Devries, 48, of Byron Center, pleaded guilty to illegal taking of a deer. He is ordered to pay restitution of $2,000. His hunting license is revoked for the remainder of 2018, plus the following three years.

• Gregory Sperkoski, 50, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated - second offense. He is sentenced to 90 days in jail with six days credit. He will be on probation for two years. He will be on a tether for 90 days. The vehicle used in the offense shall be immobilized or forfeited.

• Taylor Rae Fisher, 24, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to third-degree retail fraud. She is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
