REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Dennis Earl Wood, 44, of Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served.
  • William E. Ogden Jr., 56, of Lowell, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for one year. He is given the option of performing 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Lisa Anne Salisbury, 29, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for two years. She is ordered to pay restitution of $1,390. She must complete the alternatives to violence for women program.
  • Anthony Keith Hampton Jr., 22, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to assault. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for one year and must complete an alternatives to violence program.
  • Jessica Lynn Williams, 27, of Marion, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. She is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time
  • Joni Ann Rzadca, 31, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and pay all fines and court costs.
  • Eric Stephen Norby, 40, of Grand Rapids, pleaded no contest to larceny of $200 or more but less than $1,000. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Laurie Ann Hopkins, 54, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. She is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. She will be on probation for 18 months. She will be under medical monitoring and have long-term residential treatment. She is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Justin Lou Coutu, 27, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete intensive outpatient treatment.
  • Steve Everett Troupe, 44, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for one year and must complete an alternatives to violence class. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Robert Clinton Mackowiak, 59, of Evart, pleaded guilty to disorderly person. He must pay fines and court costs.
  • Mark Alan Hellenthal, 25, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 24 hours of community service.
  • Shawn Robert Veitch, 33, of Caledonia, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of transporting an open container. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for one year and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Robert Coolidge Franks, 34, of Owosso, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service.
  • Andrew Jeffrey Branch, 23, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service.
  • Martina May Carroll, 33, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to improper use of a license plate/registration. She must pay fines and court costs.
  • Stephanie Marie Hudson, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. In a separate case she also pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She is sentenced to time served. She will be on probation for two years. She must complete intensive outpatient treatment. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Timothy Alan Spear, 35, of Stanwood, pleaded guilty to operating with a high blood alcohol content. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for one year and undergo long-term residential treatment. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Alexx Dean Strobridge, 25, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. He is sentenced to time served. He must perform 32 hours of community service.
