REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Dean Jacob Dimambro, 31, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of a police vehicle. He is sentenced to time served. He is ordered to pay restitution of $541. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to second offense operating while intoxicated. His sentence was concurrent to the one served in the first case. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited.
  • Catherine Marie Kitelinger, 52, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. She is ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
  • Zachary Charles Miscikoski, 25, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating without insurance. He is ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.
  • Antony Wayne Carey, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 365 days in jail with 50 days credit. He is given the option to serve his time on work release if he is eligible for the program. The vehicle will be immobilized for a year.
  • Jalen Kane Thomas, 20, of White Cloud, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited.
