REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Joshua Joel Barber, 33, of LeRoy, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for two years. He must complete outpatient treatment and the vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited. He is given the option to be on a SCRAM tether for 30 days and complete an Impact weekend in lieu of jail time.
  • Rick Alan Parish Jr., 30, of Paris, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Korey Kaniel Carmichael, 32, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for six months. He must complete outpatient treatment. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Joan Leslie Rodgers, 46, of Cadillac, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day credit. She will be on probation for two years and must continue counseling with CMH. She is given the option to be on a SCRAM tether for 30 days and complete an Impact weekend in lieu of jail time.
  • Juan Manual Aguilar, 29, of Lake, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a minor. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Matthew Lawrence Mac, 51, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired by a controlled substance. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the drug and alcohol treatment education program. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • James Henry-William Truman, 20, of Belding, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of property to an automobile. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for one year and must complete anger management counseling. He was ordered to pay $475 in restitution. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Kendra Leigh Frisbie, 33, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to non-sufficient check under $100. She is sentenced to time served and ordered to pay restitution of $124.
  • Nicholas Daniel Compoe, 24, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to larceny under $200. He is sentenced to time served and must complete 32 hours of community service. He is ordered to pay $99 in restitution.
  • Jacob Lee Bell, 34, of Marion, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served. He will be on probation for 18 months and must complete anger management counseling.
  • Alan Dale Baker, 22, of Luther, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to 12 days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for one year.
  • James Michael Rogers, 27, of Detroit, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Michal Thomson Paradise, 33, of Fraser, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. The vehicle used in the offense will be immobilized or forfeited.
