REED CITY — The following cases were heard this week in Osceola County’s 77th District Court. All cases might not be reported.

  • Terry Warner, 63, of Hersey, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • George John Kuitunen III, 32, of Marion, pleaded guilty to disorderly. He is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. He will be on probation for six months and must complete anger management. He is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Luther Ray Henderson, 34, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of reckless driving and one count of failure to stop at the scene of a property damage accident. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He must pay restitution of $6,383. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Steven Paul Merrill Jr. 32, of Sears, pleaded guilty to second offense operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 365 days in jail with three days credit. He is given the option of two years probation and long term residential treatment in lieu of jail time.
  • Crystal Marshalle Wilson, 40, of Northport, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while under the influence with an occupant younger than 16 in the vehicle and one count of driving while license is not valid. She is sentenced to time served and will be on probation for two years. She must complete residential long-term inpatient treatment.
  • Benjamin Lawrence Walsh, 26, of Green Valley, Ariz., pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for six months and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Anthony Ryan Donovan, 21, of Weidman, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He is sentenced to time served and must perform 16 hours of community service. He will be on probation for one year and must complete intensive outpatient treatment.
  • Jessica Marie Wilber, 28, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to breaking and entry by entering without permission. She is sentenced to five days in jail with three days credit. She is given the option to perform 16 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Lloyd Clair Hellenthal, 50, of Evart, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He is sentenced to 30 days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for two years. He is given the option to be on a scram tether for 60 days and complete intensive outpatient treatment in lieu of jail time.
  • Trevor Lynn Kerner, 23, of Jenison, pleaded guilty to operating a boat while intoxicated. He is sentenced to five days in jail with two days credit. He will be on probation for one year and must complete outpatient treatment. He is given the option to perform 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Katherine Marie Sowle, 35, of Reed City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. She must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. She is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service in lieu of jail time.
  • Brandy Sue Baldwin, 25, of Sears, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. She is sentenced to time served and must perform 32 hours of community service.
  • Raymond Lloyd Blake, 21, of Evart, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is ordered to pay fines and court costs.
  • William Charles Flack III, 42, of Navarre, Fla., pleaded guilty to using marijuana. He is sentenced to time served.
  • Staci Michelle Hart, 21, of Traverse City, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. She is sentenced to time served.
  • Robert K. Parrish, 42, of Sears, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. He is sentenced to 180 days in jail with 54 days credit. His sentence will run concurrent to a circuit court sentence for a parole violation.
  • Major James White, 19, of Big Rapids, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He is sentenced to five days in jail with one day credit. He will be on probation for one year and must complete the alcohol highway safety education program. He is given the option to perform 32 hours of community service.
