Christmas in July will be celebrated on Saturday, July  20 at both parks. Campers at Rose Lake and Crittenden parks are encouraged to decorate their campsites. There also will be hayrides with Santa.

Crittenden Park will host a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 27 and Rose Lake Park will have its own from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Halloween will come early at Rose Lake Park, with fun activities planned for Saturday, Aug. 17. All are welcome to come dressed as a favorite character and to bring treats for the trick-or-treat.

To close out the summer, Rose Lake and Crittenden parks will celebrate Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 2 with a beach party and pot luck.
