Open house to recognize banker's 40th anniversary

EVART –  In celebration of Deana Lauman’s 40 years in banking, Citizens Bank – Evart is hosting an open house to recognize and congratulate her accomplishment.

“Deana is truly an asset to our office and is a trusted personal banker to our clients. She has built personal relationships that have lasted 40 years and will continue,” said Molly Cataldo, Citizens Bank – Evart branch manager and vice president. “She is a great member of our team, and to honor 40 years of service we want to invite the community to congratulate her on this career milestone.”

Lauman’s career started in 1972 as a part-time teller for First National Bank of Evart located in what is now the Museum on Main Street, before the bank relocated to its current location on Pine Street in 1973 and became Citizens Bank in 1999. Shortly after taking the job, Lauman was hired full time, starting a successful 40-year career that continues today.

Throughout the years, Lauman has worked in many positions at the bank and currently is the personal banker, helping meet the needs of Citizens Bank’s clients.

The open house will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on June 27 at Citizens Bank, located at 107 N. Pine St. in Evart.

Complimentary cake and refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon, and the community is encouraged to join the celebration. In addition, bank staff will be available to help individuals with banking needs.
