MSU Extension offers garden class on health

OSCEOLA COUNTY — Turn an interest in gardening into a source of nutrition and health with Healthy Harvest from Michigan State University Extension. The free class will touch on topics including:

  • Goal setting
  • MyPlate
  • Nutrition and physical activity
  • Getting more fruit into your day
  • Adding more vegetables to your diet
  • Comparing recipes
  • Eating for color
  • Replacing sodium with herbs
