REED CITY — Come sing the oldies with Sweet Adelines.

Crossroads Harmony Chorus is planning a fall show featuring songs from the birth of rock n’ roll to the 80’s. Rehearsals are just beginning on songs like “I Dig Rock n Roll Music,” “Delta Dawn,” “Dancing Queen,” “Rockin’ Robin,” “Lollipop” and more.

Starting with an open house at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, attendees can discover or re-discover the joy of singing with other women. There are multiple openings in the chorus.

The open house will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City, located on 4 Mile Rd., just west of Patterson on 220th Avenue.

A free, four-week trial membership is available for those who wish to try the chorus before committing. Rehearsals will continue each Tuesday evening.

Individuals do not need to know how to read music. The group can train anyone to sing better than they ever thought possible. It is a cappella singing with pure harmony.

Crossroads Harmony Chorus recently was named the “Most Improved Chorus” in our Sweet Adeline region.
