REED CITY — For those who are interested in the trend called geocaching, the Reed City Area District Library is offering a free program for residents to learn the basics.

Geocaching 101 will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, at the library, located in the lower floor of the Annex building on Upton Avenue.

Barb Graham will host the fun-filled hour of learning how to use a GPS to take your family or friends on a modern day treasure hunt. No supplies are needed to attend.
