LEROY — The downtown area in the village of LeRoy was packed with residents and visitors from Friday through Saturday as the annual Razzasque Days hosted fun and food for the entire family while celebrating 40 years.
Friday featured a kid’s parade with a 70’s theme, carnival games in the fire barn, giant inflatables and bingo through most of the day. A pig roast at Zion Emmanuel Lutheran Church fed hungry patrons and the Junior Miss LeRoy and Miss LeRoy competitions crowned new contestants at LeRoy Village Memorial Park. A fireworks show by Wolverine Fireworks Display, Inc. took place at dusk at the ball fields across from the former elementary school.
