TUSTIN — Community members are invited to enjoy an informal social gathering with folk music, dancing and an Irish meal on March 17 at the Kettunen Center.

The camp’s second annual Irish Céilí will begin with appetizers at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. The meal will include a traditional Irish corned beef dinner complete with shepherd’s pie, Irish soda bread, a salad bar and Irish whiskey cake

Celtic music will be provided by Mulligan Stew, a seven-piece band of traditional instruments and vocals active in Northern Michigan for more than 20 years. Event attendees are encouraged to participate in a dance of festive traditional jigs, hornpipes, reels and waltzes with songs that will evoke dancing and singing and maybe even a tear.

Advance tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for youth 12 years old and younger. At the door, tickets will cost $30 for adults and $20 for youth 12 years old and younger.

To reserve a ticket, call the Kettunen Center at (231) 829-3421 by March 15.
