Foundation scholarships deadline nears

OSCEOLA COUNTY — The Osceola County Community Foundation scholarship deadline is just one week away – March 15.

All high school seniors who could benefit from receiving a scholarship should visit the foundation website as soon as possible.

Any graduating senior looking for financial assistance for college tuition is asked to complete a scholarship application, online, by March 15.

There are 18 scholarships available to choose from, ranging from $500 to $1,500, based on eligibility requirements of a particular scholarship, as set up with individual donors.

The foundation’s scholarship committee selects the winners of each scholarship, based on the applicant’s merits in meeting the requirements of a particular scholarship.

The Osceola County Community Foundation would like to see every available scholarship awarded to a graduating senior.

All it takes from seniors is approximately an hour of your time to complete the application.

Don’t wait – hurry to complete an application online by March 15.
