Some 150 area residents joined together for a great meal, fine fellowship, and good deals all in support of the Osceola County Community Foundation and its outreach programs. Over the years, the annual OCCF auction has become something of a kick-off for the summer season and this year was certainly no different. Supporters of the OCCF gathered at the Osceola 4-H FFA Fairgrounds Community Room and organizers were pleased with the turn out and the amount of money raised.
“I was excited by the number of people who came out and the fact that we raised $18,000 for the Foundation,” said Larry Emig, OCCF director of asset development. “We had a great turn out, a great evening, good bidding and good deals, all in support of a great cause.”
