Fishing, archery lessons set for Ketunen Center Family Day in April

TUSTIN – The Kettunen Center will host day of outdoor family activities at the camp in Tustin on Saturday, April 14.

The day of activities will span from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Families can participate in activities such as beginning archery, how to use a compass, geocaching and the basics of fishing and casting.

Tony Janish, a biologist at Whitefish Point Bird Observatory will present an interactive presentation about the biology and geology at the observatory in the Upper Penninsula.

The event costs $7 per person and includes a hot buffet lunch, all supplies, materials, equipment and snacks.
