WHITE CLOUD — Evart snapped a six-game losing streak and improved to 49-0 with a win over White Cloud on Friday.

Carter Pritchard threw four touchdown passes with two to Donavin Reagan, one to Christian Booher and one to Hunter Maxwell.

It was 29-0 at halftime.

White Cloud didn’t have enough numbers for a JV team. Evart brought up some JV players for the varsity contest.

“They played most of the second half,” Evart coach Pat Craven said.

Sophomore Danny Witbeck threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Brayden Cass. Justin O’Dell ran for a touchdown and Witbeck scampered for six points in the second half.

Nolan Rohen had four rushes for 81 yards. O’Dell had four for 69 yards. Vincent Brown had six rushes for 48 yards.

Cameron Brasington had four catches for 51 yards. Prichard was 14-of-21 for 172 yards.

“Our kids played really well,” Craven said. “Obviously White Cloud is really struggling. We were able to focus and did things correctly. We were able to experience success and give a lot of kids playing time. We were happy with that. Our JV team has had a nice year. It was nice to watch them in the second half play offensively and defensively and do some nice things.”

Evart is at Harrison on Friday to close the regular season.

“Harrison is a big physical team that wants to run the football,” Craven said. “That’s their bread and butter. It’s a nice rivalry game for us with me being a graduate from their. It’s a nice fun game.”
