EVART — Streets leading to Riverside Park in Evart once again will fill the Saturday before Labor Day, (Sept. 1), as participants in the 19th Annual Evart Car Show roll into town for another of what has become an unofficial end-of-the-summer celebration.

An impressive display will begin forming Saturday morning as hundreds of exceptionally presented and lovingly maintained cars begin filling the city’s park along the beautiful Muskegon River for one of the biggest car shows in the area.

The action in Riverside Park, hosted by the Evart Car Club, is always exciting for lovers of fine automotive art.

The Evart Car Show continues to grow ever bigger, and ever better. More participants show up each year, and even hefty fuel prices don’t seem to keep away long-haul car lovers away with a continually healthy representation on hand from neighboring states and Canada as well.

Those taking part in last year’s show, both as participants and observers, enjoyed the dedicated efforts of more than 200 car owners displaying their vehicles, and noted with pleasure the shaded venue alongside the river.

The Evart Car Show has well become one of Evart’s signature summer events, attracting thousands of automobile aficionados to the city’s premiere park to exhibit some of the best examples of classic, lovingly restored, and carefully modified cars.

This year, once again, participants and visitors will gather in comfortable surroundings at to show off their own cars, admire the handiwork of hundreds of other car buffs, and cast their vote for best of show.

Things of beauty. Beautiful memories.

The car show brings out the best in people, and people bring their best to this car show.

As noted, the Evart Car Show is something of a season closer on the summer activities schedule, so don’t miss this one.
