OSCEOLA COUNTY — The Osceola County Community Foundation is accepting scholarship applications from high school seniors and current college students.

The online application opened on Jan. 1 and will close on March 1.

Each year, the Foundation awards multiple scholarships to college-bound students. Last year, 36 students received scholarships totaling $54,400.

High school students interested in applying for an OCCF scholarship must live in or attend high school in Osceola County. By completing the Foundation’s general scholarship application, students will be considered for any available scholarships.

There also are scholarship opportunities available for some college students. The college scholarship application can be found at facommunityfoundation.org/occf in the scholarship section.

All scholarship applications must be submitted online. Please note there are separate applications for high school and college students.

The online application system also serves those applying for scholarships through Fremont Area, Lake County and Mecosta County community foundations. For more information or to apply, visit facommunityfoundation.org/scholarships.
