REED CITY — Two concerts hope to proclaim the Christmas season this month.

A barbershop style Christmas Show will be performed by members of the Crossroads Harmony Chorus will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Reed City.

Tickets are $10 in advance for adults and $8 for children under 10. Tickets at the door will be $12 for adults and $10 for children.

The second show features the “Axiom” men’s quartet, one of the top ranked quartets in Michigan, and a traditional Christmas Cantata by the Osceola Community Chorus. Both will offer a mix of traditional and contemporary sacred Christmas music. Readings and carols also will take place.

Performances will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14, at the First Baptist Church of Reed City, and at 6 p.m. at the Evart United Methodist Church. Admission is free, and a free-will offering will be taken.
