OSCEOLA, MECOSTA, LAKE COUNTIES -- Get ready to 'bake' the world a better place with Michigan State University Extension 4-H in the Kitchen.

There's a chill in the air, snow is on the horizon and the holiday season is upon us. For many, the holidays mean family get-togethers and lots of great food.

4-H in the Kitchen is getting into the holiday season with a special episode featuring guest Chef, the mistress of muffins, the baroness of biscuits, Ruth Myers.

Registration is open now through Dec. 16. The event will be held over zoom at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 19. Registrants will receive the recipe and a Zoom invite two days prior to the event.

All participants will also receive a special digital scone recipe book of all the best scone recipes for all occasions.
