REED CITY \u2014 Family fun and quality time are the goals during Trinity Lutheran's annual Fun Night Carnival. The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, and feature a variety of carnival games such as a ring toss, fish pond, a cake and snack walk and dunk tank. Tickets can be purchased for a low cost to play each game, and small prizes will be handed out. "It's an event that's a lot of fun," said Trinity Lutheran School Principal Connie Jonsson. "I just love mingling with the children. It's fun watching and enjoying the little ones in particular." Food and beverages also will be available, and Dynamite the Clown will be on hand to twist and contort balloons into animals. If the weather permits, the evening also will feature a bounce house. Following the carnival, a concert by artist Jonathon Rundman will begin. Rundman, a Michigan native now living in Minneapolis, will perform music suitable for all ages featuring a variety of instruments to create a unique sound. Suggested donations for the concert are $5 per individual and $10 per family. All proceeds from the carnival and concert will help fund school activities including field trips and assemblies. Trinity Lutheran School is located at\u00a019778 U.S. 10 in Reed City.
