The following local residents were named to the Deans' List: Peter Brouwer, of Cadillac,\u00a0Ethan Combs, of Cadillac,\u00a0James Dummer, of Fremont,\u00a0Danielle Gray, of Evart,\u00a0Tyler Hewett, of Cadillac,\u00a0Zane Kanouse, of Cadillac,\u00a0Dylan Kosaski, of Stanwood,\u00a0Hunter Kosaski, of Stanwood,\u00a0Haley Ludviksen, of Tustin,\u00a0Taylor Martin, of Evart,\u00a0Wyatt Meese, of Chase,\u00a0Kate Nankervis, of Sand Lake,\u00a0Miranda Obert, of Big Rapids,\u00a0Erin Peoples, of Big Rapids,\u00a0Olivia Perrin, of Cadillac,\u00a0Devyn Powell, of Tustin,\u00a0Brooke Sebastiano, of LeRoy,\u00a0Elyse Starck, of Stanwood,\u00a0Nikki Urse, of Cadillac, and\u00a0Rebekah Wirkutis, of Evart. To be eligible for the Deans' List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and carry a semester GPA of 3.4 or better. In addition, 479 students from SVSU were named to the President's List for the fall 2014 semester. To be eligible for the President's List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 grade point average.
